Apartment 'Asti'
This comfortable first-floor 40m² apartment is accessed via an internal stairway. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, plus a modern bathroom with a large shower, WC and handbasin. The French balcony in the sitting / dining room has a view over the neighbouring vineyards.
The pleasant sitting / dining room is equipped with an antique extendable dining table plus four dining chairs.
The 160 cm wide sofa folds out into a comfortable bed that can sleep either one adult or 2 children.
The apartment has a very high chestnut-beamed ceiling which gives it a remarkably airy, spacious feeling.

The apartment is equipped with satellite TV with all free-to-air Astra-1 and Hotbird channels, an RJ-45 ethernet socket for unlimited ADSL internet access at no extra charge, and a telephone for free local calls.

The apartment has its own designated ground floor south-facing terrace area (above and left) equipped with a table, 4 chairs, a large umbrella and a barbeque - ideal for dining 'al fresco' on long summer evenings.

Between May 10th and October 10th each year, guests staying in this apartment share the use of our 84 m² pool and pool terrace with guests staying in the apartment 'Alba'.
Rates
'Asti' is available for between €70 and €100 per night, depending on season and length of stay. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
