The Estate
The beautiful, unspoilt 5 hectare (12.5 acre) estate includes 2.5 hectares of organic hazelnut trees as well as Moscato and Freisa vineyards, apple orchards and numerous olive trees. The flora among the hazelnut trees includes five types of rare orchids that flower in May. Guests are welcome to roam around our orchards and vineyards.
The modern swimming pool has an area of 15 x 5 meters plus a 'zone relax'. With a constant depth of 1.4 meters, the main pool is safe for non-swimming adults, while the 9 m² 'zone relax' has a depth of only 30 cm - ideal for small children. The slight salinity of the water (4 g/L of salt) ensures that an extremely low level of chlorine is needed to keep the pool sparkling clean.
The pool is open from 10th May to 10th October each year.

The pool is surrounded by a 100 m² stone terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cabin changing room. Completely open to the south, it's an ideal spot to soak up the Italian sun at any time of the day.
Each of our 2 apartments - 'Alba' and 'Asti' - has its own small outdoor terrace equipped with a table, 4 chairs and a barbeque - ideal for dining 'al fresco'.

Cascina La Famó is in an ideal place from which to explore the attractions of this unique region. There are five excellent restaurants nearby - two of them within walking distance - as well as numerous wine-producers that offer tours and wine tastings.
